Cost Estimator 

Determines the control of selling the product; identifies cost factors; identifies harmful factors that could increase costs and lower profitability; predicts expenses for P&L and COGS; uses computer software program to calculate estimates. Minimum requirements: 4 years BA degree in Business Administration or its equivalent. Knowledge of MicroSale Enterprise.  

Market Research Analyst                                                                                                                                   

Research market condition and determine potential sales of food and beverage services; design development of questionnaires and guides to ensure the necessary data is captured; analyze statistical data to forecast future marketing trends in food and beverage industry; prepare data on competitors and other restaurants to analyze prices, sales, and methods of marketing for restaurant; measure and determine the degree of customer satisfaction or complaints and repeat business rate; measure the effectiveness of advertising and marketing strategies; prepare research report and make recommendation to improve sales. Minimum requirements: 4 years BA degree in Business Administration or its equivalent. Knowledge of MicroSale Enterprise.
